aerobics class that incorporates step and kick aerobics.

MORNING AEROBICS Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00-10:00 a.m.
Instructor Raymond Godwin keeps exercise fun by incorporating
dance aerobics moves into his class. Stretching, the use
of free weights, and abs and leg exercises round out this
class to target all of your key muscle areas.

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT Tuesdays and Thursdays
Stay for one or all three of instructor Marilyn Smiths
classes and give your body a total workout.
Pilates 5:30-6:10 p.m.
Stability Ball 6:10-6:50 p.m.
Dance Aerobics 6.50-7:30 p.m.
