AEROBICS This
stretching and low impact water aerobics class is designed
to improve general muscular strength, flexibilityand cardiovascular
endurance. Instructor Dr. Heather
Roberts Biola, adapted the workout from Hydrorobics, the
Georgia State University Personal Fitness Program. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
