NAUTILUS
ORIENTATION
This one time course is free of charge and will provide
proper instruction for using the Nautilus equipment as
well as a demonstration of correct stretching techniques
in order to ensure minimal risk of injury. All new members
should take this class if they anticipate using the Nautilus
equipment.
